1
“In that day a fountain shall be opened for the House of Daviyd and for the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, for sin and for uncleanness.
2
And it shall be in that day,” declares Yahuah of Hosts, “that I will cut off the names of the idols from the land, and they shall be remembered no more. And I will also cause the prophets and the unclean ruach to pass from the land.
3
And it shall be that if an ish still prophesies, his father and his mother, who fathered him, shall say to him: ‘You shall not live, for you have spoken falsehood in the Name of Yahuah.’ And his father and his mother, who fathered him, shall pierce him when he prophesies falsely.
4
And it shall be in that day that the prophets shall each be ashamed of his vision when he prophesies. And they shall not wear a hairy garment in order to deceive.
5
But he shall say: ‘I am no prophet. I am an ish working the ground, for Adam acquired me from my youth.’
6
And one shall say to him: ‘What are these wounds between your hands?’ And he shall say: ‘Those with which I was struck in the house of my lovers.’
7
Awake, sword, against My shepherd and against the mighty ish who is My companion,” declares Yahuah of Hosts. “Strike the shepherd, and the flock shall be scattered. And I will turn My hand upon the little ones.
8
And it shall be throughout all the land,” declares Yahuah, “that two parts in it shall be cut off and perish, but the third shall be left in it.
9
And I will bring the third through the fire. And I will refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They shall call upon My Name, and I will answer them. I will say: ‘They are My People.’ And they shall say: ‘Yahuah is My Elohim.’”
