1
Why do you sleep, my soul, and not bless Yahuah? Sing a new song to Elohim who is worthy of praise.
2
Sing and remain awake before Him, for a psalm from a good heart is pleasing to Elohim.
3
The righteous remember Yahuah continually and confess the righteousness of His judgments.
4
The righteous do not despise the discipline of Yahuah; His will remains before them.
5
The righteous may stumble yet justify Yahuah; when they fall, they watch for what Elohim will do and seek the source of their deliverance.
6
The steadfastness of the righteous comes from Elohim their Deliverer; sin upon sin does not lodge permanently in the house of the righteous.
7
The righteous continually search their own house to remove lawlessness committed in error.
8
They make atonement for ignorance through fasting and humbling the being; Yahuah cleanses the devoted person and the household.
9
The sinner stumbles and curses his own life, the day of his birth and the labor of his mother.
10
He adds sin to sin during his life; he falls grievously and does not rise.
11
The destruction of the sinner is lasting, and he is not remembered when the righteous are visited.
12
This is the portion of sinners; but those who fear Yahuah rise to enduring life, and their life is in the light of Yahuah.
