1
Yahuah Elohim, I will praise Your Name with joy among those who know Your righteous judgments.
2
You are good and compassionate, the refuge of the poor; when I cry, do not remain silent.
3
No one can seize spoil from the Mighty One; who can take anything from what You made unless You permit it?
4
Adam and his portion stand before You in the balance; he cannot enlarge what You have measured out.
5
When we are distressed we call upon You, and You do not turn away our petition.
6
Do not make Your hand heavy upon us lest necessity drive us toward sin.
7
If I hunger, I cry to You, and You give.
8
You nourish birds and fish, giving rain upon the open country so that green growth rises.
9
You prepare food for every living thing; when they hunger they lift their faces toward You.
10
You nourish kings, rulers, and peoples; who is the helper of the poor and needy except You?
11
You hear, because none is good and gentle like You; You gladden the humble by opening Your hand in compassion.
12
Human kindness is often given grudgingly, and even repeated kindness without complaint is rare.
13
But Your gift is abundant in goodness and wealth, and the one whose hope is in You does not lack.
14
Your mercy rests upon the whole earth.
15
Blessed is the one whom Elohim remembers with a sufficient portion.
16
Too much abundance may become a doorway to sin.
17
Moderate means with righteousness are enough, and the blessing of Yahuah makes sufficiency into abundance.
18
Those who fear Yahuah rejoice in good gifts; Your goodness is upon Yisra'el in Your Kingdom.
19
Blessed is the glory of Yahuah, for He is our King.
