1
When my being slumbered far from Yahuah, I almost slipped into the pit.
2
When I was far from Elohim, my life was nearly poured out toward death.
3
He stirred me like a horse driven to service, and my Deliverer and Helper saved me.
4
I give thanks to You, Elohim, because You helped me toward deliverance and did not count me with sinners for destruction.
5
Do not remove Your mercy from me, Elohim, or the remembrance of You from my heart until I die.
6
Rule me and keep me from wicked sin and from every corrupt seduction that makes the simple stumble.
7
Do not let the beauty of a lawless ishah deceive me, nor let useless desire master me.
8
Establish the works of my hands before You and preserve my steps in remembrance of You.
9
If You do not give strength, who can endure correction joined to poverty and affliction?
10
If the righteous endure these trials, they receive mercy from Yahuah.
