1
Joy belongs to the set-apart ones; who shall put it on except them alone?
2
Grace belongs to the chosen; who shall receive it except those who trust in it from the beginning?
3
Love belongs to the chosen; who shall put it on except those who possessed it from the beginning?
4
Walk in the knowledge of El Elyon without envy of His rejoicing and fullness.
5
His thought was like a letter, His will descended from the height.
6
It was sent like an arrow released strongly from a bow.
7
Many hands rushed toward the letter to seize it and take and read it.
8
But it escaped their fingers, and they were terrified by it and by the seal upon it.
9
They had no power to loosen its seal, because the strength upon the seal was greater than they.
10
Those who saw the letter went after it to learn where it would rest, who would read it, and who would hear it.
11
A wheel received it and came over it.
12
With the wheel was a sign of Kingdom and Rule.
13
Everything that disturbed the wheel it cut and restrained.
14
It gathered the multitude of adversaries and bridged rivers.
15
It crossed over and uprooted many forests and made a broad Way.
16
The Head descended to the feet, because to the feet the wheel ran and what was upon it.
17
The letter was a great tablet written entirely by the finger of Elohim.
18
Upon it was the Name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Ruach, to rule forever.
19
Hallelu-Yah.
