Polykarpos and the elders with him, to the assembly of Elohim dwelling as a sojourning community in Philippi: mercy and shalom from Elohim Shaddai and from Yahushua the Anointed, our Deliverer, be multiplied to you.

I rejoiced greatly with you in Yahushua the Anointed because you received those who bore the pattern of true love and escorted those encircled in bonds worthy of the set-apart ones.

Those bonds are crowns upon those truly chosen by Elohim and by the Master.

The firm root of your faithfulness, spoken of from former days, remains until now and bears fruit toward Yahushua the Anointed.

He endured even death because of our sins, and Elohim raised him, breaking the pains of Sheol.

Though you have not seen him, you trust him and rejoice with a joy that cannot be fully spoken.

You know that deliverance is by favor, not by works that establish human boasting, but according to the will of Elohim through Yahushua the Anointed.
