1
Let the elders be compassionate, merciful toward all, bringing back those who wander, visiting the sick, and neglecting neither widow, orphan, nor poor person.
2
Let them always provide for what is honorable before Elohim and before Adam.
3
Let them abstain from anger, partial judgment, and injustice.
4
Let them stay far from the love of silver.
5
Let them not quickly believe accusations against anyone and not be severe in judgment, knowing that all of us owe a debt because of sin.
6
If we ask the Master to forgive us, we ourselves must forgive.
7
We all stand before the eyes of the Master and Elohim, and every one of us will give account.
8
Therefore serve Him with reverence and carefulness, just as He commanded and as the emissaries who proclaimed the Besorah to us and the Prophets who announced beforehand the coming of the righteous one.
9
Be zealous for what is good, avoiding stumbling-blocks, false brothers, and those who bear the Name hypocritically while leading the empty-minded away.
