Yahuah Shaddai, our Elohim, Maker of all and Provider for every order of creation:

The One who has power to make different creatures also has power to provide for each according to its need.

You provide stability for those whose nature endures and successive provision for those whose embodied life changes.

You nourish the soul through meditation upon Torah and the body through satisfaction of proper need.

Look now upon those appointed to lead and serve Your people.

Increase wisdom within them.

Give strength so that they labor in word and deed for the building up of the people.

Let authority become service rather than domination.
9
Let them teach what is true and embody what they teach.
10
Preserve them from greed, vanity, corruption, and partial judgment.
11
Make them examples of righteousness, mercy, restraint, and faithfulness.
