1
Do not work evil, and evil shall not overtake you.
2
Depart from unrighteousness, and it shall turn away from you.
3
My son, do not sow upon furrows of unrighteousness, and you shall not reap it sevenfold.
4
Do not seek rulership from Yahuah, nor a seat of honor from a sovereign.
5
Do not declare yourself righteous before Yahuah, and do not present yourself as wise before a sovereign.
6
Do not seek to become a judge if you are unable to remove unrighteousness, lest you fear the face of one who rules and place a stumbling block in your uprightness.
7
Do not sin against the multitude of a city, and do not cast yourself down among the crowd.
8
Do not bind sin upon sin, for even in one you are not innocent.
9
Do not say, “He shall look upon the multitude of my gifts, and when I bring them to El Elyon He shall accept them.”
10
Do not become fainthearted in your prayer, and do not neglect righteous giving.
11
Do not laugh at an Adam in the bitterness of his being, for there is One who humbles and exalts.
12
Do not plow a lie against your brother, and do not do the same against a companion.
13
Do not desire to speak any lie, for continuing in it does not lead to good.
14
Do not multiply speech among a multitude of elders, and do not repeat words in your prayer.
15
Do not hate laborious work or the cultivation created by El Elyon.
16
Do not number yourself among the multitude of sinners; remember that wrath does not delay.
17
Humble your being exceedingly, for the Judgment of the profane is fire and worm.
18
Do not exchange a companion for profit, nor a true brother for gold of Ophir.
19
Do not miss a wise and good ishah, for her favor is beyond gold.
20
Do not mistreat a household servant who works in Truth, nor a hired worker who gives his being to the work.
21
Let your being love an understanding servant; do not deprive him of freedom.
22
Do you possess livestock? Attend to them; if they are useful to you, let them remain with you.
23
Do you have children? Discipline them, and bend their neck from youth.
24
Do you have daughters? Guard their body, and do not make your face overly indulgent toward them.
25
Give a daughter in marriage, and you complete a great work; give her to an ish of understanding.
26
Do you have an ishah according to your being? Do not cast her out; but do not entrust yourself to one you hate.
27
With all your heart honor your father, and do not forget the birth-pangs of your mother.
28
Remember that through them you were born; what can you return to them equal to what they gave you?
29
With all your being fear Yahuah, and honor His Kohenim.
30
With all your strength love the One who made you, and do not abandon His ministers.
31
Fear Yahuah and honor the Kohen; give him his portion as you were commanded: firstfruits, the offering concerning error, the gift of the shoulders, the slaughtering of setting-apart, and the firstfruits of set-apart things.
32
Extend your hand also to the poor, so that your blessing may be completed.
33
Let the favor of a gift be before every living one, and do not withhold kindness from the dead.
34
Do not remain apart from those who weep; mourn with those who mourn.
35
Do not be slow to visit a sick Adam, for through such works you shall be loved.
36
In all your words remember your latter end, and you shall not sin into the age.
