This is the scroll of the generations of Adam. In the day Elohim created Adam, He made him in the likeness of Elohim.

Male and female He created them, and He blessed them, and called their name Adam in the day they were created.

And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and brought forth a son in his likeness, according to his image, and called his name Shet.

And the days of Adam after he brought forth Shet were eight hundred years, and he brought forth sons and daughters.

And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.

And Shet lived one hundred and five years, and brought forth Enosh.
7
And Shet lived after he brought forth Enosh eight hundred and seven years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
8
And all the days of Shet were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.

And Enosh lived ninety years, and brought forth Qenan.
10
And Enosh lived after he brought forth Qenan eight hundred and fifteen years, and brought forth sons and daughters.

And all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years; and he died.

And Qenan lived seventy years, and brought forth Mahalalel.
13
And Qenan lived after he brought forth Mahalalel eight hundred and forty years, and brought forth sons and daughters.

And all the days of Qenan were nine hundred and ten years; and he died.

And Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, and brought forth Yered.
16
And Mahalalel lived after he brought forth Yered eight hundred and thirty years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
17
And all the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred and ninety-five years; and he died.

And Yered lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and brought forth Chanokh.
19
And Yered lived after he brought forth Chanokh eight hundred years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
20
And all the days of Yered were nine hundred and sixty-two years; and he died.
21
And Chanokh lived sixty-five years, and brought forth Metushelach.
22
And Chanokh walked with Elohim after he brought forth Metushelach three hundred years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
23
And all the days of Chanokh were three hundred and sixty-five years.
24
And Chanokh walked with Elohim; and he was no longer there, because Elohim took him.
25
And Metushelach lived one hundred and eighty-seven years, and brought forth Lamekh.
26
And Metushelach lived after he brought forth Lamekh seven hundred and eighty-two years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
27
And all the days of Metushelach were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he died.
28
And Lamekh lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and brought forth a son.
29
And he called his name Noach, saying, “This one shall bring us rest from our work and from the toil of our hands, from the ground that Yahuah cursed.”
30
And Lamekh lived after he brought forth Noach five hundred and ninety-five years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
31
And all the days of Lamekh were seven hundred and seventy-seven years; and he died.
32
And Noach was five hundred years old, and Noach brought forth Shem, Cham, and Yafet.
