1
And Mosheh went up from the plains of Moav to Mount Nevo, to the top of Pisgah, which is opposite Yericho. And Yahuah showed him all the land: Gilad as far as Dan,
2
and all Naftali, and the land of Efrayim and Menasheh, and all the land of Yehudah as far as the western sea,
3
and the Negev, and the plain of the valley of Yericho, the city of palm trees, as far as Tzoar.
4
And Yahuah said to him, “This is the land that I swore to Avraham, to Yitzchaq, and to Yaaqov, saying, ‘To your seed I will give it.’ I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but there you shall not cross.”
5
And Mosheh, servant of Yahuah, died there in the land of Moav, by the mouth of Yahuah.
6
And He buried him in the valley in the land of Moav, opposite Beit-Peor, and no ish knows his grave to this day.
7
And Mosheh was one hundred and twenty years old when he died. His eye had not dimmed, and his vigor had not fled.
8
And the sons of Yisra’el wept for Mosheh in the plains of Moav thirty days. And the days of weeping and mourning for Mosheh were completed.
9
And Yehoshua son of Nun was full of the Ruach of wisdom, for Mosheh had laid his hands upon him. And the sons of Yisra’el listened to him and did according to what Yahuah had commanded Mosheh.
10
And there has not arisen again a prophet in Yisra’el like Mosheh, whom Yahuah knew face to face,
11
concerning all the signs and the wonders that Yahuah sent him to do in the land of Mitzrayim, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12
and concerning all the strong hand, and all the great and fearsome deeds that Mosheh did before the eyes of all Yisra’el.
