1
A melody of Daviyd, when he fled from the face of Avshalom his son.
2
Yahuah, how my adversaries have multiplied! Many rise against me.
3
Many say concerning my being, “There is no Salvation for him in Elohim.” Selah.
4
But You, Yahuah, are a shield around me, my Glory, and the One lifting my head.
5
With my voice I cried to Yahuah, and He answered me from His set-apart mountain. Selah.
6
I lay down and slept; I awakened, for Yahuah sustained me.
7
I do not fear ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.
8
Arise, Yahuah! Save me, my Elohim! For You have struck all my enemies upon the jaw; You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
9
Salvation belongs to Yahuah. Your blessing is upon Your people. Selah.
