1
Of Daviyd. A Maskiyl. Blessed is the one whose transgression is lifted, whose sin is covered.
2
Blessed is the Adam to whom Yahuah does not reckon crookedness, and in whose ruach there is no deceit.
3
When I kept silent, my bones wore out through my roaring all the day.
4
For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; my moisture turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
5
I made my sin known to You, and did not cover my crookedness. I said, “I confess my transgressions to Yahuah,” and You lifted the crookedness of my sin. Selah.
6
For this, let every faithful one pray to You at the time You may be found. Surely in a flood of mighty waters they do not reach him.
7
You are my hiding place; You guard me from distress. You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8
“I instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I counsel you with My eye upon you.
9
Do not be like a horse or mule, without understanding, whose mouth must be restrained with bit and bridle, lest it come near you.”
10
Many pains belong to the wicked, but covenant-love surrounds the one trusting in Yahuah.
11
Rejoice in Yahuah and be glad, righteous ones; shout for joy, all upright of heart!
