1
To the Overseer. Of the sons of Qorach, upon Alamot. A song.
2
Elohim is our refuge and strength, a Help in distresses, greatly found.
3
Therefore we do not fear though the earth changes, though mountains slip into the heart of seas,
4
though their waters roar and foam, though mountains shake at their swelling. Selah.
5
A river—its streams gladden the City of Elohim, the set-apart dwelling of Elyon.
6
Elohim is within her; she is not moved. Elohim helps her at the turning of morning.
7
Nations roar; kingdoms are moved. He gives His voice; the earth melts.
8
Yahuah of Hosts is with us; the Elohim of Ya’aqov is our high refuge. Selah.
9
Come, behold the works of Yahuah, who has placed desolations in the earth.
10
He causes wars to cease to the end of the earth. He breaks the bow and cuts the spear; He burns wagons in fire.
11
“Be still and know that I am Elohim. I am exalted among nations; I am exalted in the earth.”
12
Yahuah of Hosts is with us; the Elohim of Ya’aqov is our high refuge. Selah.
