1
A song of the Ascents. I lift my eyes to the mountains. From where does my Help come?
2
My Help is from Yahuah, Maker of heavens and earth.
3
He does not allow your foot to be moved; your Guardian does not slumber.
4
See, He neither slumbers nor sleeps, the Guardian of Yisra’el.
5
Yahuah is your Guardian; Yahuah is your shade at your right hand.
6
The sun does not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
7
Yahuah guards you from all evil; He guards your being.
8
Yahuah guards your going out and your coming in from now and forever.
