1
A song of the Ascents. “Many times they have distressed me from my youth,” let Yisra’el say,
2
“many times they have distressed me from my youth, yet they have not prevailed over me.
3
Plowers plowed upon my back; they lengthened their furrow.”
4
Yahuah is righteous; He has cut cords of the wicked.
5
Let all hating Tziyon be ashamed and turn backward.
6
Let them be like grass of rooftops which withers before it is pulled,
7
with which a reaper does not fill his palm or a binder of sheaves his bosom,
8
and passers do not say, “The blessing of Yahuah be upon you; we bless you in the Name of Yahuah.”
