1
“And when you divide the land by lot for Inheritance, you shall offer a contribution to Yahuah, a holy portion from the land. Its length shall be twenty-five thousand cubits, and its width ten thousand. It shall be holy throughout all its border all around.
2
From this there shall be for the Sanctuary five hundred by five hundred, square all around, and fifty cubits of open land for it all around.
3
And from this measure you shall measure a length of twenty-five thousand and a width of ten thousand. And in it shall be the Sanctuary, the Most Holy Place.
4
It shall be a holy portion from the land for the kohenim, the ministers of the Sanctuary, who draw near to minister to Yahuah. And it shall be a place for their houses and a holy place for the Sanctuary.
5
And twenty-five thousand in length and ten thousand in width shall belong to the Leviim, the ministers of the House, for themselves as a possession, with twenty chambers.
6
And as the possession of the city you shall give five thousand in width and twenty-five thousand in length, beside the contribution of the holy portion. It shall belong to all the House of Yisra’el.
7
And for the ruler there shall be a portion on this side and on that side of the holy contribution and of the possession of the city, before the face of the holy contribution and before the face of the city possession, from the west side westward and from the east side eastward. And its length shall correspond to one of the tribal portions, from the west border to the east border.
8
It shall be his land as a possession in Yisra’el. And My rulers shall no longer oppress My people. But the land they shall give to the House of Yisra’el according to their tribes.
9
Thus says Adonai Yahuah: ‘Enough, rulers of Yisra’el! Remove violence and plunder, and do Judgment and Righteousness. Lift your expulsions from upon My people,’ declares Adonai Yahuah.
10
‘You shall have righteous scales, and a righteous ephah, and a righteous bath.
11
The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, so that the bath contains a tenth of a chomer, and the ephah a tenth of a chomer. According to the chomer shall its measure be.
12
And the sheqel shall be twenty gerahs. Twenty sheqels, twenty-five sheqels, and fifteen sheqels shall be your maneh.
13
This is the contribution that you shall offer: a sixth of an ephah from a chomer of wheat, and a sixth of an ephah from a chomer of barley.
14
And the statute concerning oil, by the bath of oil: a tenth of a bath from a kor, ten baths being a chomer, for ten baths are a chomer.
15
And one sheep from a flock of two hundred, from the watered pasture of Yisra’el, for a grain offering, and for an ascending offering, and for peace offerings, to cover for them,’ declares Adonai Yahuah.
16
‘All the people of the land shall give this contribution to the ruler in Yisra’el.
17
And upon the ruler shall be the ascending offerings, and the grain offering, and the drink offering, at the feasts, and at the new moons, and at the Shabbatot, at all the appointed times of the House of Yisra’el. He shall prepare the sin offering, and the grain offering, and the ascending offering, and the peace offerings, to cover for the House of Yisra’el.’
18
Thus says Adonai Yahuah: ‘In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull, whole, and cleanse the Sanctuary.
19
And the kohen shall take from the blood of the sin offering and place it upon the doorposts of the House, and upon the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and upon the doorposts of the gate of the inner court.
20
And so you shall do on the seventh day of the month for every ish who sins through error or through simplicity. And you shall cover for the House.
21
In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, you shall have Pesach, a feast of seven days. Unleavened bread shall be eaten.
22
And on that day the ruler shall prepare for himself and for all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering.
23
And during the seven days of the feast he shall prepare an ascending offering to Yahuah: seven bulls and seven rams, whole, each day for seven days, and a male goat each day for a sin offering.
24
And he shall prepare as a grain offering an ephah for a bull and an ephah for a ram, and a hin of oil for each ephah.
25
In the seventh month, on the fifteenth day of the month, at the feast, he shall do according to these things for seven days: according to the sin offering, according to the ascending offering, according to the grain offering, and according to the oil.”
