Then rulers shall arise among them who call themselves kohenim of El Elyon, yet they shall work lawlessness even in the most set-apart place.
2
After them an insolent king shall arise, not from the line of the kohenim, bold and shameless, and he shall judge them according to what they have made themselves.
3
He shall cut down their leading ishim with the sword and destroy them secretly, so that the place of their bodies is not known.
4
He shall kill old and young and shall not spare.
5
The fear of him shall become bitter in their own land.
6
He shall execute judgments upon them as Mitsrayim once executed judgments upon them, and for thirty-four years he shall afflict them.
7
He shall beget sons who succeed him, but their times of rule shall be shorter.
8
Then cohorts shall enter their territories, and a powerful king from the west shall come and conquer them.
9
He shall take captives, burn part of their House with fire, and hang some upon stakes around their city. Assumption of Moses
