1
When Yehoshua finished these words, he again cast himself at the feet of Mosheh.
2
Mosheh took his hand, raised him, seated him before himself, and answered him.
3
He said: “Yehoshua, do not make yourself small. Set your mind at rest and hear my words.
4
All the nations upon the earth Elohim created, just as He created us. He foresaw them and us from the beginning of the creation of the earth until the end of the age. Nothing, even the least thing, has been neglected by Him; He foresaw all and brings all forward in its appointed time.
5

Yahuah appointed me on behalf of this people to pray concerning their sins and to intercede for them.
7
Not because of any strength or virtue belonging to me, but because His compassion and longsuffering were pleased to appoint this portion to me.
8

9
The lights of the heavens and the foundations of the earth were established and approved by Elohim, and they remain beneath the seal of His right hand.
10
Those who do and fulfill the commandments of Elohim shall increase and prosper.
11
But those who sin and treat His commandments as nothing shall be deprived of those blessings and punished through many afflictions among the nations.
12
Yet it is not permitted that they be utterly rooted out and destroyed.
13
For Elohim, who foresaw all things forever, shall go forth; His Covenant is established, and the Oath which Yahuah made— [the surviving manuscript breaks off].
