1
Adam and Chavah continue the first days of exile in the received Ge'ez narrative under the event remembered as 'The Crystal Sea and the Cave of Treasures'.
2
They experience bodily weakness, hunger, darkness, fear, and the loss of the luminous security they had known in the Garden.
3
Their first response is repeatedly petition: they bow, weep, confess the transgression, and ask Yahuah not to abandon the work of His hands.
4
The Word of Yahuah answers them with correction and mercy, making clear that return to the Garden will not be seized by desperation but will come only according to the appointed purpose.
5
The Cave of Treasures becomes their dwelling, their place of worship, and the location around which the early conflicts with Satan unfold.
