The qodesh service shall be conducted in order, with appointed ministers performing their proper functions and the people participating without deliberate disruption.

The altar and its vessels shall not be used for ordinary private purposes.

No one shall purchase access to the service or turn sacred acts into commercial goods.

Those serving shall prepare themselves according to the received discipline of the community.

The service does not erase unresolved civil debt or injury merely by attendance; reconciliation and restitution remain distinct duties.
