He carries Tzefanyah to Mount Seir and shows him three men accompanied by two messengers who rejoice over them.

Tzefanyah asks who the three are.

He is told that they are three sons of Yoatham the kohen who did not guard the command of their father or the ordinances entrusted to them.

Then Tzefanyah sees two other messengers weeping over them.

He is told that messengers of Yahuah record the good deeds of the righteous and stand watch at the gate of heaven.

The records are brought before El Elyon, and the names of the righteous are entered into the Book of the Living.

Other messengers belonging to the Accuser record the sins of Adam and report them for accusation when souls leave the world and descend.
