Serafiym of splendor stand before the throne and messengers of honor minister there.

The Shekinah abides upon the mountains, rests in Yerushalayim, sets her apart, and makes the splendor of the divine face shine upon her.

This enthronement restores Tsiyon as the center of righteous judgment rather than as a trophy of the last empire.
