Appoint for yourselves overseers and attendants worthy of the Master - people who are meek, not lovers of silver, truthful, and tested.

For they perform among you the service also associated with nevi'im and teachers.
15:3
Do not despise them.

They are to be honored among you together with the nevi'im and teachers.
15:5
Correct one another, not in anger but in shalom, according to the Besorah.
15:6
If someone wrongs a neighbor and refuses correction, do not reinforce the rebellion with normal fellowship until repentance comes.
15:7
Order your prayers, acts of mercy, and deeds according to the Besorah of the Master.
