1
“Take off, Yerushalayim, the garment of your mourning and your affliction, and put on forever the beauty of the Glory that comes from Elohim.
2
Wrap yourself in the robe of Righteousness that comes from Elohim, and set upon your head the crown of the Glory of the Everlasting One.
3
For Elohim will show your splendor to everything beneath the heavens.
4
For your name shall be called by Elohim forever: Shalom of Righteousness, Glory of the Fear of Elohim.
5
Arise, Yerushalayim, and stand upon the height. Look toward the east and see your children gathered from the setting of the sun to its rising at the Word of the Holy One, rejoicing because Elohim has remembered them.
6
For they went out from you on foot, driven away by enemies. But Elohim brings them back to you carried in Glory, as upon a royal throne.
7
For Elohim has commanded that every high mountain and the everlasting hills be made low, and the valleys be filled to make the ground level, so that Yisra’el may walk safely in the Glory of Elohim.
8
And even the forests and every fragrant tree have shaded Yisra’el at the command of Elohim.
9
For Elohim will lead Yisra’el with joy in the light of His Glory, with the mercy and Righteousness that come from Him.”
