1
And he took me into the expanse of the seventh heaven; and I heard a voice saying: 'How far shall the one dwelling in flesh ascend?' And I feared and trembled.
2
And while I trembled, see - I heard another voice sent forth from there, saying: 'It is permitted for the set-apart Yeshayahu to ascend here, for here is his garment.'
3
And I asked the messenger with me: 'Who is the one who forbade me, and who is the One who permitted me to ascend?'
4
And he said: 'The one who forbade you is the one set over the praise of the sixth heaven.'
5
'And the One who permitted you is your Master, the Anointed who shall be called Yahushua in the world; but His hidden Name you are not able to hear until you have ascended out of your body.'
6
And he raised me into the seventh heaven, and I saw there wonderful light and innumerable messengers.
7
And there I saw the set-apart Hevel and all the righteous.
8
And there I saw Chanokh and all who were with him, stripped of the garments of flesh, clothed in garments of the upper world, and they were like messengers standing there in great glory.
9
And I saw all the righteous there in like manner.
10
But they were not yet sitting upon their thrones, nor were their crowns of glory yet upon them.
11
And I asked the messenger with me: 'How have they received the garments, yet not the thrones and crowns?'
12
And he said: 'They do not receive crowns and thrones of glory until the Beloved descends in the form in which you shall see Him descend into the world in the last days - the Master who shall be called the Anointed.'
13
'Yet they already see and know whose shall be the thrones and whose the crowns when He has descended and been made in your form; and those below shall think He is flesh and merely an ish.'
14
'And the elohim of that world shall stretch out his hand against the Son, and they shall execute Him upon a tree and kill Him, not knowing who He is.'
15
'And His descent, as you shall see, shall be hidden even from the heavens, so that they shall not know who He is.'
16
'And when He has plundered the messenger of death, He shall ascend on the third day.'
17
'And then many of the righteous shall ascend with Him, whose ruachot do not receive their garments until the Master the Anointed ascends and they ascend with Him.'
18
'Then they shall receive their garments, thrones, and crowns when He has ascended into the seventh heaven.'
19
And I asked him again what I had asked in the third heaven:
20
'Show me how everything done in that world is made known here.'
21
And while I was still speaking with him, see - one of the messengers standing nearby, more glorious than the messenger who had raised me from the world, came near.
22
And he showed me a sefer, though not like a sefer of this world. He opened it; it was written, but not as the writing of this world. He gave it to me, and I read it. And see - the deeds of the children of Yisra'el were written there, and the deeds of those whom I did not know, Yosab my son.
23
And I said: 'In truth, nothing done in this world is hidden in the seventh heaven.'
24
And I saw there many garments stored, and many thrones and many crowns.
25
And I said to the messenger: 'Whose are these garments, thrones, and crowns?'
26
And he said: 'Many from that world shall receive these, those trusting in the words of the One who shall be named as I told you, who guard those words and trust in Him. For them these things are stored.'
27
And I saw a certain One standing whose glory surpassed all, and His glory was great and wonderful.
28
And after I saw Him, all the righteous whom I had seen and all the messengers drew near to Him. Adam, Hevel, Shet, and all the righteous first approached and bowed before Him; and they all praised Him with one voice, and I also praised together with them, and my praise was as theirs.
29
And then all the messengers drew near, bowed before Him, and gave praise.
30
And I was again transformed and became like a messenger.
31
Then the messenger conducting me said: 'Bow before this One.' And I bowed and praised.
32
And the messenger said: 'This is the Master of all the praises which you have seen.'
33
And while he was still speaking, I saw another Glorious One who was like Him, and the righteous drew near and bowed and praised; and I praised together with them, but my glory was not transformed into their form.
34
Then the messengers drew near and bowed before Him.
35
And I saw the Master and the second Glorious One standing.
36
And the second whom I saw stood at the left of my Master. And I asked: 'Who is this?' And he said: 'Bow before Him, for He is the messenger of Holy Ruach who speaks in you and in the rest of the righteous.'
37
And I saw the Great Glory, the eyes of my ruach being opened; and afterward I was unable to behold fully, nor could the messenger with me, nor all the messengers whom I had seen bowing before my Master.
38
But I saw the righteous beholding with great power the glory of that One.
39
And my Master drew near to me with the messenger of the Ruach and said: 'See how it has been given to you to see Elohim; and because of you power has been given to the messenger who is with you.'
40
And I saw how my Master and the messenger of the Ruach bowed, and together they praised Elohim.
41
And afterward all the righteous drew near and bowed.
42
And the messengers drew near and bowed, and all the messengers praised.
