1
And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come with superiority of speech or wisdom, proclaiming to you the mystery of Elohim.
2
For I determined to know nothing among you except Yahushua the Anointed and him executed upon a stake.
3
And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
4
And my speech and my proclamation were not in persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of Ruach and power,
5
so that your trust might not rest in the wisdom of Adam, but in the power of Elohim.
6
Yet we speak wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away.
7
Rather, we speak the wisdom of Elohim in mystery, the hidden wisdom which Elohim appointed beforehand before the ages for our glory,
8
which none of the rulers of this age understood. For if they had understood it, they would not have executed the Master of glory upon a stake.
9
But just as it is written: “What eye has not seen, and ear has not heard, and what has not risen upon the heart of Adam— these things Elohim prepared for those who love Him.”
10
But Elohim revealed them to us through Ruach, for Ruach searches all things, even the depths of Elohim.
11
For who among Adam knows the things of an Adam except the ruach of the Adam within him? So also the things of Elohim no one knows except the Ruach of Elohim.
12
But we received not the ruach of the world, but the Ruach from Elohim, so that we might know the things freely given to us by Elohim.
13
And these things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by Ruach, interpreting spiritual matters to spiritual people.
14
But the natural Adam does not receive the things of the Ruach of Elohim, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them because they are discerned spiritually.
15
But the spiritual one discerns all things, yet he himself is judged rightly by no one.
16
For: “Who has known the mind of Yahuah, that he should instruct Him?” But we have the mind of the Anointed.
