1
It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even tolerated among the nations: that an ish has his father’s ishah.
2
And you are puffed up. Should you not rather have mourned, so that the one who did this deed might be removed from among you?
3
For I, though absent in body but present in ruach, have already judged, as though present, the one who has done this.
4
In the Name of our Master Yahushua, when you are gathered and my ruach with you, with the power of our Master Yahushua,
5
hand such a one over to the adversary for destruction of the flesh, so that the ruach may be delivered in the day of the Master.
6
Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?
7
Clean out the old leaven, so that you may be a new lump, just as you are unleavened. For our Pesach, the Anointed, has been slaughtered.
8
Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with leaven of malice and wickedness, but with unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
9
I wrote to you in the letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—
10
not meaning the sexually immoral of this world altogether, or the greedy, or robbers, or idolaters, since then you would have to leave the world.
11
But now I have written to you not to associate with anyone called a brother who is sexually immoral, or greedy, or an idolater, or abusive, or a drunkard, or a robber— not even to eat with such a one.
12
For what is it to me to judge those outside? Do you not judge those inside?
13
But Elohim judges those outside. “Remove the evil one from among yourselves.”
