1
All wisdom is from Yahuah, and it remains with Him into the age.
2
The sand of the seas, the drops of rain, and the days of the age—who can number them?
3
The height of the heavens, the breadth of the earth, the deep, and wisdom—who can search them out?
4
Wisdom was created before all things, and discerning understanding is from the age.
5
The fountain of wisdom is the Word of Elohim in the heights, and her Ways are enduring Commands.
6
To whom has the root of wisdom been uncovered? And who has known her subtle designs?
7
To whom has the knowledge of wisdom been manifested? And who has understood the fullness of her experience?
8
One alone is wise and exceedingly fearsome, seated upon His throne.
9
Yahuah Himself created her; He beheld her, numbered her, and poured her over all His works,
10
upon all flesh according to His gift; and He supplied her to those who love Him.
11
The fear of Yahuah is honor and boasting, gladness and a crown of rejoicing.
12
The fear of Yahuah delights the heart and gives gladness, joy, and length of days.
13
It shall be well at the end for the one who fears Yahuah, and on the day of his completion he shall be blessed.
14
The beginning of wisdom is to fear Yahuah; with the trustworthy she was formed in the womb.
15
Among Adam she established an enduring foundation, and with their seed she shall be entrusted.
16
The fullness of wisdom is to fear Yahuah; she makes them abundant from her fruit.
17
She fills their whole house with desirable things and their storehouses with her produce.
18
The crown of wisdom is the fear of Yahuah, causing shalom and healing health to blossom.
19
He beheld and numbered her; He rained down knowledge and discerning understanding and exalted the honor of those who take hold of her.
20
The root of wisdom is to fear Yahuah, and her branches are length of days.
21
The fear of Yahuah drives away sins; where it remains, it turns back wrath.
22
Unrighteous anger cannot be declared right, for the weight of one’s anger becomes one’s fall.
23
One slow to anger holds firm until the appointed time, and afterward gladness rises for him.
24
Until the appointed time he conceals his words, and the lips of many recount his understanding.
25
In the treasuries of wisdom are parables of knowledge, but reverence is detestable to a sinner.
26
If you desire wisdom, guard the Commands, and Yahuah shall supply her to you.
27
For wisdom and discipline are the fear of Yahuah, and His delight is trustworthiness and gentleness.
28
Do not disobey the fear of Yahuah, and do not approach Him with a divided heart.
29
Do not practice deception before the mouths of Adam, and carefully guard your lips.
30
Do not exalt yourself, lest you fall and bring dishonor upon your being. Yahuah shall uncover your hidden things and cast you down within the assembly, because you did not approach with the fear of Yahuah and your heart was full of deceit.
