1
Of Shəlomah. Elohim, give Your Judgments to the king, and Your Righteousness to the son of the king.
2
Let him judge Your people in Righteousness and Your afflicted ones in Judgment.
3
Let mountains carry shalom to the people, and hills, through Righteousness.
4
Let him judge the afflicted of the people, save the sons of the needy, and crush the oppressor.
5
Let them revere You with the sun and before the moon, generation after generation.
6
Let him descend like rain upon mown grass, like showers watering the earth.
7
In his days let the righteous flourish, and abundant shalom until the moon is no more.
8
Let him rule from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.
9
Let desert dwellers bow before his face, and let his enemies lick dust.
10
Let kings of Tarshiysh and coastlands return tribute; let kings of Sheva and Seva bring gifts.
11
Let all kings bow to him; let all nations serve him.
12
For he rescues the needy crying out, and the afflicted who has no helper.
13
He shows compassion to the poor and needy, and saves the beings of the needy.
14
From oppression and violence he redeems their being, and precious is their blood in his eyes.
15
Let him live, and let them give him from the gold of Sheva. Let prayer be made for him continually; all day let him be blessed.
16
Let there be abundance of grain in the earth, upon the head of mountains; let its fruit wave like Levanon, and let those from the city blossom like vegetation of the earth.
17
Let his Name stand forever; before the sun let his Name continue. Let all bless themselves in him; let all nations call him blessed.
18
Blessed is Yahuah Elohim, Elohim of Yisra’el, who alone does wonders.
19
Blessed is His glorious Name forever; let all the earth be filled with His Glory. Amein and Amein.
20
The prayers of Daviyd ben Yishai are completed.
