1
A melody. A song for the Shabbat day.
2
It is good to thank Yahuah and make melody to Your Name, Elyon,
3
to declare Your covenant-love in the morning and Your Faithfulness in the nights,
4
upon ten strings and upon the harp, with meditation upon the lyre.
5
For You have gladdened me, Yahuah, by Your work; at the deeds of Your hands I shout.
6
How great are Your works, Yahuah! Your designs are very deep.
7
A brutish ish does not know, and a fool does not understand this:
8
when the wicked blossom like grass and all workers of crookedness flourish, it is for their destruction forever.
9
But You are high forever, Yahuah.
10
For see, Your enemies, Yahuah— see, Your enemies perish; all workers of crookedness scatter.
11
You lift my horn like that of a wild ox; I am anointed with fresh oil.
12
My eye looks upon those watching me; my ears hear of evildoers rising against me.
13
The righteous blossoms like the date-palm; like a cedar in Levanon he grows.
14
Planted in the House of Yahuah, in the courts of our Elohim they blossom.
15
They still bear fruit in old age; they are fat and green,
16
to declare that Yahuah is upright— my Rock, and no crookedness is in Him.
