1
And the Word of Yahuah came to Yirmeyahu a second time, while he was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, saying,

“Thus says Yahuah who makes it, Yahuah who forms it to establish it— Yahuah is His Name:
3
Call to Me, and I shall answer you and declare to you great and fortified things that you do not know.
4
For thus says Yahuah, Elohim of Yisra’el, concerning the houses of this city and concerning the houses of the sovereigns of Yehudah that are torn down before the siege mounds and before the sword:
5
‘They come to fight the Kasdim and to fill them with the corpses of Adam whom I struck in My anger and in My fury, and for all whose evil I hid My face from this city.
6
See, I am causing restoration and healing to rise for her, and I shall heal them. I shall reveal to them an abundance of shalom and truth.
7
And I shall return the captivity of Yehudah and the captivity of Yisra’el, and shall build them as at the beginning.
8
And I shall cleanse them from all their crookedness by which they sinned against Me, and I shall forgive all their crookedness by which they sinned against Me and by which they transgressed against Me.
9
And she shall become to Me a Name of joy, a praise, and a glory before all the nations of the earth who shall hear all the good I do for them. They shall fear and tremble over all the good and all the shalom that I make for her.’

Thus says Yahuah: ‘Again in this place of which you say, “It is waste, without Adam and without beast,” in the cities of Yehudah and in the streets of Yerushalayim that are desolate, without Adam, inhabitant, or beast, there shall be heard

the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those saying, “Give thanks to Yahuah of Hosts, for Yahuah is good, for His covenant-faithfulness is everlasting,” and of those bringing thanksgiving to the House of Yahuah. For I shall return the captivity of the land as at the beginning,’ says Yahuah.

Thus says Yahuah of Hosts: ‘Again in this waste place, without Adam or beast, and in all its cities, there shall be a dwelling of shepherds causing flocks to lie down.
13
In the cities of the mountains, in the cities of the lowland, in the cities of the Negev, in the land of Binyamin, all around Yerushalayim, and in the cities of Yehudah, the flocks shall again pass beneath the hands of the one counting,’ says Yahuah.
14
See, days are coming,” declares Yahuah, “when I shall establish the good Word that I spoke concerning the House of Yisra’el and concerning the House of Yehudah.
15
In those days and at that time I shall cause a Branch of Righteousness to spring forth for Daviyd, and He shall do Judgment and Righteousness in the land.
16
In those days Yehudah shall be saved, and Yerushalayim shall dwell in security. And this is what she shall be called: Yahuah Our Righteousness.”
17
For thus says Yahuah: “There shall not be cut off from Daviyd an ish sitting upon the throne of the House of Yisra’el.
18
And from the Kohenim, the Lewi’im, an ish shall not be cut off from before My face, bringing ascending offering, causing grain offering to ascend, and doing sacrifice all the days.”
19
And the Word of Yahuah came to Yirmeyahu, saying,
20
“Thus says Yahuah: If you can break My Covenant of the day and My Covenant of the night, so that day and night are not in their time,
21
then My Covenant with Daviyd My servant may also be broken, so that he has no son reigning upon his throne, and with the Lewi’im, the Kohenim, My servants.
22
As the host of the heavens cannot be counted and the sand of the sea cannot be measured, so I shall multiply the seed of Daviyd My servant and the Lewi’im serving Me.”

And the Word of Yahuah came to Yirmeyahu, saying,
24
“Have you not seen what this people speaks, saying, ‘The two families whom Yahuah chose, He has rejected them’? And they despise My people, so that they are no longer a nation before their faces.
25
Thus says Yahuah: If My Covenant of day and night does not stand, if I did not appoint the statutes of the heavens and earth,
26
then I shall also reject the seed of Yaaqov and Daviyd My servant, so as not to take from his seed rulers over the seed of Avraham, Yitzchaq, and Yaaqov. For I shall return their captivity and have compassion upon them.”
