And I returned and lifted my eyes, and I saw, and see, four chariots coming out from between two mountains. And the mountains were mountains of bronze.

With the first chariot were red horses, and with the second chariot black horses,

and with the third chariot white horses, and with the fourth chariot strong dappled horses.

And I answered and said to the messenger who spoke with me: “What are these, my master?”

And the messenger answered and said to me: “These are the four ruachot of the heavens, going out from standing before the Master of all the earth.
6
The black horses go toward the land of the north, and the white ones go out after them, and the dappled ones go toward the land of the south.
7
And the strong ones went out and sought to go to walk to and fro through the earth. And he said: ‘Go, walk to and fro through the earth.’ And they walked to and fro through the earth.
8
Then he cried out to me and spoke to me, saying: “See, those going out toward the land of the north have caused My ruach to rest in the land of the north.”

And the Word of Yahuah came to me, saying:

“Take from the exiles— from Cheldai, from Toviyah, and from Yedayah— and you shall come on that day and enter the house of Yoshiyah son of Tzefanyah, where they have come from Bavel.
11
And take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Yehoshua son of Yehotzadaq, the high kohen.
12
And speak to him, saying: ‘Thus says Yahuah of Hosts: See the ish whose name is Tzemach. And from beneath him he shall sprout, and he shall build the Temple of Yahuah.
13
Yes, he shall build the Temple of Yahuah, and he shall bear majesty, and he shall sit and rule upon his Throne. And there shall be a kohen upon his Throne, and the counsel of shalom shall be between them both.
14
And the crowns shall be for Chelem, and for Toviyah, and for Yedayah, and for Chen son of Tzefanyah, as a memorial in the Temple of Yahuah.
15
And those far away shall come and build in the Temple of Yahuah. And you shall know that Yahuah of Hosts has sent me to you. And this shall come to pass if hearing, you surely hear the voice of Yahuah your Elohim.’”
