1
Ask rain from Yahuah in the time of the latter rain. Yahuah makes the storm clouds, and He gives them showers of rain, to each ish vegetation in the field.

For the terafim speak worthlessness, and the diviners see falsehood. And they speak dreams of emptiness; they comfort in vain. Therefore they wander like a flock. They are afflicted because there is no shepherd.

“My anger burns against the shepherds, and upon the male goats I will visit. For Yahuah of Hosts has visited His flock, the House of Yehudah, and He will make them like His majestic horse in battle.
4
From him shall come the cornerstone, from him the tent peg, from him the bow of battle, from him every ruler together.
5
And they shall be like mighty men trampling the mud of the streets in battle. And they shall fight, for Yahuah is with them. And the riders upon horses shall be put to shame.

And I will strengthen the House of Yehudah, and I will save the House of Yosef. And I will cause them to dwell, for I have compassion upon them. And they shall be as though I had not rejected them, for I am Yahuah their Elohim, and I will answer them.

And Efrayim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as with wine. And their sons shall see and rejoice. Their heart shall rejoice in Yahuah.

I will whistle for them and gather them, for I have redeemed them. And they shall multiply as they multiplied.

Though I sow them among the peoples, yet in distant lands they shall remember Me. And they shall live with their sons and return.
10
And I will bring them back from the land of Mitzrayim, and from Ashshur I will gather them. And to the land of Gilad and Levanon I will bring them, until no room is found for them.
11
And He shall pass through the sea of distress and strike the waves of the sea, and all the depths of the River shall dry up. And the pride of Ashshur shall be brought down, and the scepter of Mitzrayim shall depart.

And I will strengthen them in Yahuah, and in His Name they shall walk,” declares Yahuah.
