1
And Yahuah said to Mosheh, “One more plague I will bring upon Pharaoh and upon Mitzrayim. Afterward he will send you away from here. When he sends you away completely, driving, he will drive you out from here.
2
Speak now in the ears of the people, and let every ish ask from his neighbor and every ishah from her neighbor vessels of silver and vessels of gold.”
3
And Yahuah gave the people favor in the eyes of the Mitzrim. And the ish Mosheh was exceedingly great in the land of Mitzrayim, in the eyes of the servants of Pharaoh and in the eyes of the people.
4
And Mosheh said, “Thus says Yahuah: ‘About the middle of the night I will go out into the midst of Mitzrayim.
5
And every firstborn in the land of Mitzrayim shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits upon his throne to the firstborn of the maidservant who is behind the millstones, and every firstborn of beast.
6
And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Mitzrayim, such as there has never been, and such as shall not be again.
7
But against any of the sons of Yisra’el not even a dog shall sharpen its tongue, against Adam or beast, so that you may know that Yahuah makes a distinction between Mitzrayim and Yisra’el.
8
And all these servants of yours shall come down to me and bow themselves before me, saying, “Go out—you and all the people who follow at your feet.” And afterward I will go out.’” And he went out from Pharaoh in burning anger.
9
And Yahuah said to Mosheh, “Pharaoh will not listen to you, so that My wonders may be multiplied in the land of Mitzrayim.”
10
And Mosheh and Aharon did all these wonders before Pharaoh. And Yahuah strengthened the heart of Pharaoh, and he did not send the sons of Yisra’el away from his land.
