1
And Yahuah spoke to Mosheh, saying,
2
“And to the sons of Yisra’el you shall say: Any ish from the sons of Yisra’el, or from the sojourners who sojourn in Yisra’el, who gives from his seed to Molekh, dying, he shall surely die. The people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3
And I will set My face against that ish and cut him off from the midst of his people, because he has given from his seed to Molekh, to make My sanctuary unclean and to profane My holy name.
4
And if hiding, the people of the land hide their eyes from that ish when he gives from his seed to Molekh, so as not to put him to death,
5
then I will set My face against that ish and against his family, and I will cut him off, and all who whore after him, whoring after Molekh, from the midst of their people.
6
And the being who turns toward mediums and toward spiritists, to whore after them, I will set My face against that being and cut him off from the midst of his people.
7
And you shall set yourselves apart, and you shall be holy, for I am Yahuah your Elohim.
8
And you shall guard My statutes and do them. I am Yahuah who sets you apart.
9
For any ish who curses his father or his mother, dying, he shall surely die. He has cursed his father or his mother; his blood is upon him.
10
And an ish who commits adultery with the ishah of another ish—who commits adultery with the ishah of his neighbor—dying, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely die.
11
And an ish who lies with the ishah of his father has uncovered the nakedness of his father. Dying, both of them shall surely die; their blood is upon them.
12
And if an ish lies with his daughter-in-law, dying, both of them shall surely die. They have done confusion; their blood is upon them.
13
And if an ish lies with a male as one lies with an ishah, both of them have done an abomination. Dying, they shall surely die; their blood is upon them.
14
And if an ish takes an ishah and her mother, it is wickedness. With fire they shall burn him and them, so that there shall be no wickedness in your midst.
15
And if an ish gives his lying to a beast, dying, he shall surely die, and the beast you shall kill.
16
And if an ishah draws near to any beast to lie with it, then you shall kill the ishah and the beast. Dying, they shall surely die; their blood is upon them.
17
And if an ish takes his sister, daughter of his father or daughter of his mother, and sees her nakedness, and she sees his nakedness, it is disgrace. And they shall be cut off before the eyes of the sons of their people. He has uncovered the nakedness of his sister; he shall bear his iniquity.
18
And if an ish lies with an ishah in her separation and uncovers her nakedness, he has made naked her source, and she has uncovered the source of her blood. And both of them shall be cut off from the midst of their people.
19
And the nakedness of your mother’s sister and of your father’s sister you shall not uncover, for he has uncovered his own flesh. They shall bear their iniquity.
20
And if an ish lies with his aunt, he has uncovered the nakedness of his father’s brother. They shall bear their sin; childless they shall die.
21
And if an ish takes the ishah of his brother, it is impurity. He has uncovered the nakedness of his brother; childless they shall be.
22
And you shall guard all My statutes and all My judgments and do them, so that the land to which I am bringing you to dwell in it does not vomit you out.
23
And you shall not walk in the statutes of the nation that I am sending away from before your face, for all these things they did, and I abhorred them.
24
But I said to you, ‘You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey.’ I am Yahuah your Elohim, who has separated you from the peoples.
25
And you shall distinguish between the clean beast and the unclean, and between the unclean bird and the clean. And you shall not make your beings detestable by beast or by bird or by anything that swarms upon the ground, which I have separated for you as unclean.
26
And you shall be holy to Me, for I, Yahuah, am holy, and I have separated you from the peoples to be Mine.
27
And an ish or an ishah in whom there is a medium or a spirit of divination, dying, they shall surely die. With stones they shall stone them; their blood is upon them.
